Check in / check out

Your room is ready from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
We ask you to vacate your room by 11 am on the day of departure.
For early departure, we refund 30% of the arrangement price per night not consumed. For all further circumstances the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.

Pets (dogs)

For your four legged friend, we charge 8 EUR per day without food.

Non smoking

All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. We ask you to go out on the balcony in case you wish to smoke (ash trays provided). Both our restaurant and our lounge are non-smoking areas, too.

Advance payment

In order to confirm your reservation we kindly ask you for an advance payment by bank transfer. The amount depends on the arrangement.
